Dual Fuel Corp specializes in saving customers money by converting oil only burners to dual fuel burners allowing owners to benefit from low priced natural gas. Oil to gas conversions are a cost effective and environmentally friendly way to heat your building.

Makes Financial Sense

Converting from oil to natural gas is an investment that will increase the net operating income (NOI) of your property. Historically, owners of gas dependent buildings have fuel budgets 35% below owners of heating oil buildings. Additionally, gas burns more efficiently than heating oil AND requires less maintenance. Oil to gas conversions will help you recognize additional savings by consuming less energy and reducing your overall maintenance bills.

A typical building that converts oil heating to natural gas heating will emit 35% less CO2 and 99.9% less sulfur dioxide – two major contributors to climate change and acid rain. CHP

Cogeneration, which is also known as combined heat and power (CHP), is DFC's most recent breakthrough service. Installing a cogen system on your property significantly reduces your electricity bills, creates energy independence for your building and minimizes your overall environmental footprint.

Typical onsite power generation creates excess heat which is released into the atmosphere. Releasing this excess heat without further application is highly inefficient as it has potential for reapplication. Cogeneration however prevents this potential energy resource from being wasted. Cogen is an onsite power generation system that redistributes this excess heat as usable energy for your thermal loads. Since these systems yield efficiencies of 92%, it can be argued that Cogen is one of the most cost effective energy solutions on the market.
